Where and how are the Galleries integrated into my eBay listings?

After you created a gallery and activated it in the default settings, the Gallery will be automatically displayed in all your active listings below the item description. Please note that it may take 12 hours until your Gallery is active on eBay.
If you want to insert your Gallery elsewhere in your listings or only on selected listings, you can change the Gallery settings to your needs. You can change the settings so that the Galleries are only displayed in certain categories or if certain keywords are mentioned in the title.
You can also change the default position of the Gallery. Possible positions are "above the item description" or "use pre-defined tag". The tag-based positioning allows you to insert a special tag at any place within your listing's description. The tag will then be replaced with the Gallery after the listing has been transferred to eBay.

Which Gallery grades are and what function do they have?

Currently, there are 4 types of Supreme Galleries:
With our Cross Marketing Galleries you can promote your other products within your listings.
Our Feedback Gallery allows you to include positive customer reviews within your listings.
Our Hosting Gallery allows you to showcase your products in beautiful image galleries. Here, five different animated designs are offered.
Our Text Gallery is a great assistance as it allows you to display customized text within your listings. This is very useful to include information you want to display in every article (e.g. return/redemption policy, shipping information, payment instructions, company information, etc.). Make a text change in our software once and the information is automatically updated in all your listings.

Can anyone see the Galleries on eBay?

Each eBay visitor who opens your items and has a flash player installed can see the Supreme Galleries. About 99% of all Internet-enabled computers have the flash player installed. Certain Apple iOS devices will not be able to display the Galleries. Only the Text Gallery is implemented without flash. So this information will always be displayed on all devices.

How do I manage my Galleries?

You can manage all Galleries centrally within our Supreme Manager (https://app.supreme-manager.com). Here you can edit, activate, deactivate and delete all Galleries.

Is there software I need to download or use?

No. Supreme Gallery is a browser-based web application, which can be accessed from the Supreme Manager (https://app.supreme-manager.com). Here you can add new Galleries via the menu item "New Gallery" in the "Gallery" tab.

In which countries can the software be used?

Our certified eBay software is generally available for the U.S., U.K. and German eBay market. However, all Galleries can also be implemented in all other international eBay markets. On this website you find the US/UK version.
How to use the Galleries in other countries:
Simply use the US version of the software to add a Gallery on your international eBay market place. The registration and authentication works in all countries. When you add Galleries to eBay listings outside the US/UK, all links will be directed to the US website, where all international listings can be found and ordered as well. The default language of the Gallery is English.
